A tightly coiled sangiovese today. Highlighted by notes of cinnamon stick, tart raspberry, porcini, prosciutto and then generous black cherry. Subtle hints of juniper and mint. Wild strawberry. Fresh and compact with a saline finish gently shrouded in chalky, sweet tannins. Lively and youthful. Bright red in appearance and overall mood. An elegant and fine Tierra to lay down for a few years. 100% Sangiovese. 48 Cases produced.
